445
Where elite lives in the everyday.

A London-born community built around movement, people and culture.
445 started because I needed to find a way to make training fit into my life.
Between being a mum, working and everything else that comes with everyday life, evenings just weren’t realistic for me. I realised that if I wanted to train consistently, I had to create the time rather than wait for it.
That time was 4:45am.
At first, it was just me. Getting up while everyone was still asleep, putting my trainers on and getting the miles in before the day started.
Then other people started joining me.
People with different lives, different goals and different reasons for being there, but all willing to get up early and show up for themselves.
That’s when 445 became bigger than my own training.

There’s a feeling I’ve always associated with getting up that early. It reminds me of waking up to catch an early flight. You might be tired, but there’s an excitement to it. You know you’re getting up because you’re going somewhere.
That feeling has become a big part of what 445 means to me.
It’s made up of people from all walks of life. Some come to train. Some come to push themselves. Some come for the people they’ve met along the way. Everyone has their own reason for showing up.
And that’s what makes this community special.
It doesn’t matter how fast you are, how far you can run or where you are in your journey. You show up, you’re part of it.
4:45am might have been the time I had available.
But what started with me has grown into something shared by so many others.
445 has become a mindset.
