When this policy says “445 Crew”, “we”, “us” or “our”, it means the organisation responsible for running 445 Crew.

- photographs and video taken at our sessions and events;

We only collect information that we reasonably need.

Where consent is required, we will only send these communications if you have chosen to receive them.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in the communication or by contacting us.
We may still send essential information relating to an event or service you have specifically registered for.

Some events may be managed using Eventbrite or another registration platform.
When you register, the platform may collect information from you under its own privacy policy.
Where your registration details are shared with 445 Crew, we will use them only for purposes connected with the event, our community and any other purposes explained to you when you register.

445 Crew may use third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and social media services to communicate with the community.
Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies and may collect information independently from us.
Please consider what personal information you choose to make visible when joining or interacting with community groups.

Photography & video
Photography and filming may take place at 445 Crew sessions and events.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information where reasonably necessary with organisations that help us operate 445 Crew, such as:
- website and hosting providers;
- email and communication providers;
- event and registration platforms;
- photographers and content partners;
- venues and event partners where necessary;
- professional advisers; and
- authorities or emergency services where required by law or necessary for safety.
We only share information where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
