These terms
These terms apply when you use the 445 Crew website, attend one of our sessions or events, or sign up to receive communications from us.
By doing any of those things, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or take part in a 445 Crew session or event.

Coming to a session
Our regular community sessions are generally free and open to everyone unless we say otherwise.
Some sessions require registration, while others are simply turn up and run. Always check the latest session information before travelling.
Running and physical activity involve risk. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit and well enough to take part and for running within your own ability.
Our Participation & Risk terms also apply whenever you take part in a 445 Crew session or event.
If you have any concerns about whether running or exercise is suitable for you, please seek appropriate medical advice before taking part.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Running together
Our sessions may take place on public roads, pavements, parks, paths and other spaces shared with members of the public.
While taking part, please:
- follow the Highway Code where relevant;
- stay aware of traffic, cyclists, pedestrians and other runners;
- follow reasonable instructions from session leaders and pacers;
- run within your own ability; and
- treat other runners, our team and members of the public with respect.
We may ask someone to leave a session or event where their behaviour is unsafe, abusive, seriously disruptive or inappropriate.

Events & tickets
Some 445 Crew events may require registration or a ticket.
Where bookings are made through Eventbrite or another third-party booking platform, that platform’s terms and privacy policy will also apply when you use its service.
Any event-specific price, refund, cancellation or transfer conditions will be shown on the relevant event page.
Events, routes, locations and timings may occasionally need to change because of weather, safety concerns, permissions, transport disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will let registered participants know about significant changes or cancellations as soon as we can.

Times, routes & locations
We do our best to make sure the dates, meeting points, routes and times shown on our website and official channels are accurate.
Things can change.
Please check the latest information before setting off.
We may change a route, distance, meeting point or start time where reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Your belongings
You are responsible for any personal belongings you bring to a 445 Crew session or event.
Where a bag drop or storage area is provided, reasonable care will be taken, but please avoid bringing valuables wherever possible.

Our name & our work
The 445 Crew name, logos, branding, designs, written content and other original material on this website belong to us or are used with permission from the people who created them.
Photography and video may also belong to the individual photographers or creators who produced them.
Please do not copy, reproduce, sell, license or commercially use 445 Crew branding or content without permission.
You are welcome to share 445 Crew content through normal social-media sharing features and to share photographs of yourself and the community.

Our website may link to Eventbrite, partner websites, social platforms and other third-party services.
Those organisations have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of websites and services that we do not control.

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
We may update, change or temporarily remove parts of the website when necessary.
