  • 01Do I need to be a fast runner to join 445?

Not at all. 445 welcomes all abilities, whether you’re just starting out, getting back into running or training towards your next PB. Come as you are and run at the pace that works for you. No one gets left behind.

  • 02Is 445 free?

Yes. Our regular 445 community runs are free to join. Some special events, experiences or training sessions may be ticketed, but we’ll always make this clear beforehand.

  • 03Do I need to book before coming?

For our regular runs, check the individual session details before attending. Some special events, collaborations and experiences may require you to register or book a place in advance.

  • 04Where do 445 runs start?

Our regular early-morning runs meet at Albert Gate, Battersea Park. We also host runs, collaborations and events in other locations, so always check the session details before heading out.

  • 05What time should I arrive?

For our 4:45am sessions, arrive from 4:45am so you have time to meet the community, get led and prepare before we warm up and run.

  • 06How far do you run?

Our regular sessions include 5K and 10K options. As 445 continues to grow, expect different distances, training formats and challenges.

  • 07Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Plenty of people come to their first 445 session alone. Once you arrive, you’re part of the community.

  • 08Is every 445 session at 4:45am?

No. 4:45am is where our story began and will always be part of our identity, but 445 is growing beyond one time, one session and one type of training.

  • 09What does 445 mean?

4:45am was the time Charlotte, who started 445, found to train while balancing motherhood, work and everyday life. What started as a way for her to show up consistently has grown into a community of people choosing to show up for themselves and each other.

    445 is more than a time. It’s a mindset.
